Is this normal

I just got a ppc 6800 with I bough from someone and it was refurbished. Everytime I turn the phone off and try to turn it back on it gets stuck in the bootloader. But when I have the usb cable or the charger connected it boots up with no problems. Whats wrong with this phone?

if a hard reset doesnt work try to reflash stock or a custom rom and if still not working it is a hardware issue so hope you got insurance on the beast....

Im assuming u mean the boot up screen and not bootloader... bootloader moder is the multi colored screen associated w/ unlocking and flashing of a device... not starting up...

and as Dash said, start with a hard reset... if not... get it on ins asap... cut it on w/ the usb and leave it on as much as possible until ur ins kicks in then get it replaced...
