need help with my mogul and wifi
 

hi guys sorry if i posted this in wrong section but im going crazy allready trying to figure out what the heck is wrong with my mogul :(
when it was in stock rom wifi worked perfect
but now that i have a cooked rom my wifi turns on but does not find any networks at all
(and the button is on and i see the wifi symbol on top)
and i have wirekess router in house and its detected by my psp my wii and other laptop)
i tried doing searches here and in google but i have had no luck in fixing mines
I downloaded monsterwifi from freeware section and tried using wififofum
but still nothing :(

again if i posted in wrong section i am very sorry im just desperate

what rom did you flash and after you flashed did you take out the battery and hard reset afterwards?

and yes i took battery out and hard reset

(i also have tried flashing that same rom to see if it would work but no luck :'(

mmm not sure to tell the truth... the only other thing i can think of is that its the harware or the switch itself.

the switch turns on the wifi (i see the symble on taskbar)
but when i try to search i get nothing
what would be a good rom to put in it?

im having the same problem, when the wifi is on. it shows the icon but it doesnt seem to find any wap's.

try using a program like wifisniffer and see what that does for you.... whast rom are you on? have you tried a soft reset? have you tried a hard reset?

im having problems with my wifi also, i think its the switch tho, i just called htc to see if they had ne advice and they said to reset to factory settings, but i have dcd 3.2 rom and i dont know what that will do if i reset it.. and also does any one know if theres ne one who has the uscell rom because htc's site has nothing for uscellular.
