System requirements: WM5 - WM6.5
Net Compact Framework 2.0 or 3.5
Screen Resolution: QVGA 
NiePowerOFF - A program to turn off the PDA and the restart type deactivate Windows. The program interface can be changed to your taste any resource editorom (reshacker - for example) ~On the button: 
Gray - deactivate the screen;
Red - disable kpc (even Glofiish) - for the mute function to thank the developer of poweroff (actually when you turn off just running the program);
Green - reboots kpc;
The program can turn off or reboot the device after a pre-set time (minutes 10,20,30,40,50,60). Turn off the feature works on Glofish 100% }

I have not tried this myself, so feedback would be great. Remember it is QVGA and that is why I have not made the attempt ;) It seems similar to psShutXP.

That's what was appealing to me. I did install this for sh*ts and giggles on my TP (VGA) :)
It works fine(it operates as you would want in execution), but obviously not designed for VGA, so I uninstalled, because it had issues due to the screen sizes. Looking forward to the VGA version, but for those who have QVGA, it should be a great utility.
