I hope you're right, b/c I'm not real happy with Pocket Shield, and the others (S2U2 & Throttle Lock) were not so hot either, IMHO
Gonna give this a try and hope for the best.
(I did notice that removing Pocketshield was a ROYAL PAIN in the A$$ (even useing SK Tools)

word nad look at the images, you have the checkbox, the arrow and circle, and the background to skin only by the looks of things.... and when you try this out let us knwo how you like it.. like does it run smooth, is it choppy, does it do its thing? can you have it mapped to take over instead of the stocker, etc....

I like Throttle Lock, but always looking for something better. Let me/us know. I will probably make an attempt to test... we shall see :) Thanks.

Installs easily. I wish it had a clock and other status indicating items(email, text, etc). It appears this would be easily skinable and has a lot of potential as a screen locker. I like that I can decide I don't want to re-activate by simply clicking on a radio box. I don't like the idea that I can bypass the lock somewhat. I can click on my red/hang up button and it will expose the upper bar where I can launch other items. It keeps it suppressed still, but programs can launch and then the sip keyboard can be pulled up, so that I can type, which in all that... I'm not appreciating. My few cents. I'm sure others may vary, but we can only know if feedback is placed for us all to see ;) Summary: Has potential, I wouldn't use as my primary screen locker.

yeah i found that to be the problem too, its like its not really locking it, i could only get to the lock screen after a soft reset, any other time when i pressed the icon for it to lock it did nothing and my screen wasnt locked, i liked the idea of a hero like lock, but i think maybe with some work this may be somewhat it but then again..

I realized that as well. You shouldn't have to click on the program. Just hit the power button to turn off display and when you click on again to bring back up... it should lock. Even with that being the case, as we stated before, it's just not truely locking and needs more work. We''ll be on the lookout ;)

Re: Peter Brownlow 2Easy Lock v10

I have not noticed any of the above-mentioned problems about the unit not staying locked. I've only had it on for a day or so, but it seems to keep my touch pro locked even if I hit one of the phone buttons. The top bar does appear sometimes, but does not react to touch. The slide does appear somewhat choppy, and less than smooth, but works nevertheless. I'll keep checking it out. As for the ability to skin, IDK b/c IDK how to do that.
I too would like some of the notification icons as seen in the Pocket Shield and others.
Why this is not Freeware is beyond me, it seem rather elementary and "featureless."

Thanks for the feedback everyone... as stated... sounds promising, as though it has some good potential... keep in mind everyone... this is still a very new app... beta for all intents and purposes... so dont expect perfection... but it looks good, and I look forward to seeing more fromm the developers in the future... wont being tryin now as iVE HEARD ENOUGH FOR NOW... BUT I WILL BE TRYIN IN SOME OF THE FUTURE REINCARNATIONS...
AGAIN THANKS FOR THE FEEDBACK EVERYONE...
