my words exactly :D ...wow...now i have a hard choice to make...im up for an upgrade..but i love my TP...but the TP2 looks mighty tempting..but the PRE is also all the rage now..damn it!!!!!!! :(...what to do what to do................................................ ................................................ :)

hahaha thats what im saying and if its sooner than we first thought im all for it :) ill keep my fingers crossed and may have to go out of state to get this puppy if not available through sprint right off the bat online sincemyt area gets the phones late.

lol ...well damn it i might just have to go for the TP2 and have the hubby get the PRE for me ..i have a Vogue that i bought off of a friend of mine that he can use :) then i'll have the best of both worlds :D ..ha! im awesome!!! :D

I pressured my sprint rep today a bit and after being on hold a bit she came back and told me the release date was sept. 8th. At first she didnt have any info for me but i was like." come on, there has to be a ppc geek there among all you reps thats waitin for this phone like i am." Apparently she asked some manager and sept 8th was the answer she got.

Wow that is right around the corner didn't expect this till like October or November at best. Hmm must think of a way to get one now haha!!!!!!

:) yeah i have everything worked out :) the hubby will be upgrading to the PRE and I will be getting the TP2..and when we get home he'll switch his number to the Vogue and I will be keeping both devices :) :lol: it will be christmas in september for me :D :D :D

I went to T-mobile yesterday.. They have tp2, how ever it wasnt T-mobile pimped out with there goodies.. They said htc send to them, to have there reps play with it to get to know it .. Truly cant wait to see sprints version in full color.

By da time they stop releasin all these damn hot phones i may have 20 lines of service WTF....hahahah I dont care though i cant stop the temptation of wanting them all I can live wit out da pre but tp2, hero , diamond 2 im pretty sure i will get these phones , srry im a phone fiend But hey there are alot of worse habits out there HERE COME THE YANKEES BABY

Yeah I am most likely shooting for the TP2 since I already have the Pre and the Vogue and the Pro. KEEP IN MIND... if you are planning to go with one and change your mind, Sprint offers a 30 day trial period. So your good if you exchange within 30 days. day 31, better hope you like what you have, or hop on the classified section and trade someone, lol... Myself, I think I rather the Touch Pro 2. I'm just windows at heart, and the wqvga plus the screen size has me thinking! The downside is I feel like I've had the touch pro 2 already in a way with all the touch pro 2 porting and rhodium manila thats available but I will know for sure when I actually hold and see it for myself.

Craziness. I wasn't expecting this anytime soon. I had this on my back burner, so if this is true then I shall be looking to upgrade once again :)

i dont know why everyone is getting yhpe over the 8th of september... thats a all new datte... the third is posted on a reputable source in the ppc world and that was moved fro mthe 6th... i see it being the 3rd in my opinion

ughhh now I have no idea what to do I havea touch and a pro and well I like my touch more than I like the pro but the pro2 would be nice but then theres the Hero which is rumored to drop in October and I can honestly say I like the Sense UI alot more than I do WM cause its the best of both worlds with all the HTC widgets and the Android widgets to chose from not to mention a higher lvl of flash support. Part of the reason I bring up the Hero is because my touch is running the Sense UI and it would be nice to actually have the device that runs it natively and the capicitve screen and teflon coating would be nice haha. So choices choices choices I dunno what to do.

sorry to come off hasty like i did but the phone a reps dont have nay clue until it is in there system ready to be sold most of the time or ends up in their drawer of devices they use to help customers with...... when it comes to release dates never follow speculation unless it is from a reputable source like cnet, engadget, etc....

doh! why all these different dates and that why i hate speculation

O snappppppppppppppppp.....well it is confirmed for sept 9th from my boy at the repair center here, but he keeps telling me not to be surprised if sprint pushes it back lol....well my thing is I got 3 lines one is an instinct, other is tp, and other is pre...well i think I should sell my tp already and use the vogue for now being ima get it for reallllllll cheap with my federal employee discount mwahahahahaha

nice, whatever the release date is--I think thats when my tp will have issues and i will have to call in for a replacement till i get the tp2
