[ ISSUE SOLVED ] Hard reset after flash

Fast question guys, after i take my phone to the metro Rep, will i have to hard reset my phone when he is done? or whe he does flash it, and i want to install a ROM, willl i have to hard reset my phone?

hi yeah if you flash a custom rom a hard reset its always needet
