Message Sent notification
 

Ive been searching for this without luck. My search results yield "sent" and "notification" are too common or long etc....
Is there any way to disable the "message sent" notification after you send a text. I always have my phone on vibrate and every time i send a text it vibrates 3 times and says message sent along with the option of dismiss. whats the point of dismiss if it dismisses itself after it has already vibrated. I just dont want it to vibrate, i know that having it on silent wont let it vibrate but i dont like to be changing back and forth on the volume adjustment. i'd like to just remove this notification entirely. I guess i got used to the mogul and how it wouldnt tell me that the message was "sent".

not knowing what phone you have, flashing a rom in the kitchen will give you the option. and most custom roms offered on the site disable them as well. I know there is a Diamond config as well for the 6700 and 6800 which allow you a back door so to speak to diable some of these annoying features.

Crap i guess i didnt hit save when i switched in my profile...I have the Touch Pro. sorry about that.


edit- i keep getting this message when trying to update my phone model on my stats.
You did not enter the correct format for the Facebook user ID field. Please read the field description for the expected format.

i left the field blank since i dont have a facebook.

hey there ..... check the second post if you dont want to mess with the registry ... but make sure you sent before anything in the future

About your problem updating your info ... try to locate user CP top left below the ads by google ad. ....once there click on edit your details and voila you are good to go!

u could always try advance configuration or diamond tweak program..i believe u can change it also thru them without messing w/registry........

Wut up Dash, I finally got my damn Touch Pro after how long? My last post was in the mogul forum and i was having trouble with the sprint guy not wanting to do a TEP exchange for me because he felt that I was just trying to get the upgrade.

yeah your not going to be able to do it right away sicne they will have a lot of touch pros in stock still and will for a while in my opinion...... but you can give it a shot but most likely they will turn you down unless you went through aroudn 5 touch pros with troubles you can use as leverage ...
