[ ISSUE SOLVED ] help touch pro issues
 

ok i was having issues with "delayed texts" so sprint "reset my account" ever since then i cant use data/internet.. i get error 67 pcs vesion username/pass cant connect and dialed #777 cannot connect. so i called sprint and the wanted to help me "reprogram my phone... but with the flashed stock rom when i enter ##786# it asks for a password "doesnt normally do that" and i have no idea what tthe password is and sprint doesnt either.. so i flashed gss rom, but when i enter ##786# nothing happens... ive done hard resets, flashed roms, im out of ideas
so how do i get into and change the stuff sprint wants me to "check out" like MSID and stuff??? ##786# does not work
any comments, help, suggestions would be awesome!!!! they r sending a new phone but i really just want to figure it out!!!
also i would like to that everyone here! amazing site, awesome people.. love the roms and everything ive learned and played with here.. my phone would be so boring and suck without this site and the people here.

thats becasue ##786# isnt anything...... you can use ##778# or ##data# and get to that..... you can either view or to edit you need the msl number which sprint has or you can get my using an app called mslgrabber. sprint as that number and they need to use it to activate your phone......... just tell them you need your msl than dial the ocrrect code sequence above for what you are trying o do than click edit and enter the msl and than make the changes that they tell you too...... all you can try to run the dcd sprint carrier can and see what that does... also when in there take a look to make sure that your active profile is set to 1.

well i ran the dcd sprint carrier cab... not really sure what that was supposed to do.... i did ##778# and then hit edit, but it asks for a unlock code.. do u know what the unlock code would be?

ok so my msl would be the code correct? i still dont understand what the carrier cab did or should have done

it gives you the settings you need for sprint and yes as i already said you need the msl to be entered there.... i told you to use mslgrabber or call sprint and tell them you need it to access that area and that have to give it to you..... they all know what it is and shouldnt be telling you that they have no clue.
