Ok I need a little help. My gf just bought me the PS3 80gb on ebay for $290 on August 30th....before the slim dropped. It hasn't arrived yet but she has already paid. Now this comes up for the same price! Sooo....of course I want this one now. I don't want to put it back on ebay and lose money in fees and probably a lower selling price. Although the sale says no returns, is there anyway to get him to give me a return? It is supposed to be sealed and in the box brand new so if it isn't I think I could get him there...but if not????? Any ideas guys? There may be some hesitation for some techies of this new system because they removed the "install new OS" feature.

talk to the seller maybe he is cool & will let u return it & does the 1 u ordered have 4 usbs ports & memory card slots cuz if it does i would keep that 1

and yall ADD me on PSN its HAVOX22 (i dont really have any games 4 it tho :frownvb:)

yup agreed :) i have the 4 usb port backwards compatible one with the add new os option :) and on top of that i got me a 140 gig hard drive :smile: woot woot.

that ps3 is lookin clean there buddy, i like that matt finish. i got my ps3 in jan and pulled out the hard drive and swapped it out and put a 250 gb hard drive. i just might to get another one now, i like that one. thanks for the vid.

You will dig the Metal Gear. I been playing it since it was on the N.E.S. and it keeps getting better each release. Let us know how that Oblivion is though.

hell yeah! i own and play all the games even the vr missions for the ps1 that many didnt like :) one of the best series out there right with syphon filter if you ask me :)

this ps3 slim looks awesome and only like $100 more than a 360, not a bad price. Oblivion is a sick game, you should get fallout 3 if you like the whole RPG game thing, its almost like a FPS RPG, very cool.

Man this one looks so much better that the bigger ones makes me wish i would have waited for a slim PS3. And that Oblivion is awesome you will luv it!!

I dont know why you bought it on ebay when they dropped the price of the 80gb brand new in retail stores for just $299.99 like 2 weeks or more before slim dropped...lol...then you could have chose to return it within 30 days if you bought it from somewhere like best buy even if it was open....you gotta be more precise with your purchases...and you could only make a claim on ebay if item you received was not like explained on that sellers auction page...but if it was just like it was advertised along with no return policy (all sales finalpolicy) ...than I am sorry to say that you have no other option...

yeah I enjoyed the syphon filter...wait no nope...actually I always mix syphon filter up with splinter cell....for me its metal gear, splinter cell, and then max payne...in that order...lol...I might be forgetting something...I never really like syphon filter...maybe because of the graphics....and vr missions had to suck...I mean a game based on tactical training...lol...u got those same training pretty much on mgs1
