Hello all,

Before explaining my problems, thank you for all your free help on this forum.

I've tried to run Manual Hard SPL on my phone, but once again the screen shut down and anything else... but now, the little problem is that the phone will not reboot ! After some research, i've found that it's possible that i've bricked my phone, running the wrong version of the SSPL (but it was'nt the first time i ran SSPLManual.exe, a file of 669ko).

My phone is a TP RAPH100, simlocked SFR.

In case of bricking, could you tell me a little solution (if it's possible).

ok so you have a touch pro 2 and you used the cdma version of the unlocker? can you please upload the file that you used or post a link from the place that you got it from so we can check that out and see what you flashed for sure over to your phone when unlocking... if you did flash the cdma to your gsm (sim card) by the way it sounds that you have, you could possibly be bricked... also what exactly is your phone doing? is it just sitting there with something on the screen? will it not turn on? does it freeze? is it at the tricolor bootloader screen? if on the tricolor bootloader screen what does it completely say on there?

Hi !

I've made a mistake, i'm the owner of a Touch Pro Raphael (but i think it's the same in this situation). Sorry for the confusion.

But yes, i think i've ran the CDMA version. The name of the file i ran is "VZW_TP_SSPL-Manual.exe". I had a file who's named "SSPLManual.exe" who worked on my first phone, but i delete it... i thought it was the same file, with the same size, but not. :/

Here you can download the file : The phone is doing nothing. No boot possible, i've tried the Soft and Hard resert, remove the battery and replace it, nothing happened.

yeah you flashed the developer and the verizon developer version...... can you place rthe phone into manual bootloader? if you dont know how to seasrch google for gsm touch pro manual bootloader and you will find.

No, i can't. :'(

I've tried the Volup+circle button, and resert with the stylus.

I've also tried to remove the battery, replace it and boot my phone but it stay off...

Once again, sorry for the wrong forum (TP and not TP2) but i'me very panicked.

ill get that moved and you got insurance on your device correct? just dont tell them that you were unlocking or anything... just say you woke up to it like this.

try volume up hold center button then power button all the same time... no stylus

I haven't any insurance on my device, that's why i'm very embarassed. :$

Volup + center button + power button don't works too...

Thank to your help, but i think it's impossible to fix it... :/

i understand your frustration do the same setup and make sure you are hitting the center button only !! and not press anything in between it.I've done this before and it works.

well if it does light up, u should be able to get in to boot loader mode.. Try this.. take the batt out. wait a few secs. Put the batt back in .. wait a few secs. HOLD VOLUME down center button and then the power button. Power should be the last one to press... try it a few times.. it should work if the phone lights up... GL

Remove the battery - wait - and replace it : Done.

And i tried your two setup, but also the same, no boot. No way to light on the device.

I've juste realise that the phone didn't load the battery when connected on the battery-loader... !

claim you lost it or got stolen that the best fix if ya cant boot up again. lol good luck

he doesnt have it on the phone so he cant claim without insurance...... when you plug the phone in without hte battery in do any of the lights by the ear speaker light up in red by any chance?

Any light on the ear speaker when plugged.

Anyway, is it possible to fix the phone whith an other phone (same model, RAPH100) ?

you would need one with all new guts and boards.... so basically might as well use the one that you get.

So, there is no solution ?

The intern storage isn't available on the net ? It's the storage who's been bricked, is it possible to fix the problem with the hardware, and not the software ?

Hi the intern storage is not available on the net best thing to do is take it in for repair or get a new one or buy used one
