Porn filter
 

Any one have any ideas of how to block porn on the htc hero? I tried uninstalling the browser but it doesn't allow that. any help would be appreciated

well that sucks. lol :smile-big: Ah just for personal reasons... I don't want to be able to get to it if I ever feel like wanting to.

and I have to have internet acces with this phone, cause I know it'll end up doing something in the background on me and charge me out the ass.

hahah porn doesn't do anyone any good anyways.

Sprint has some restricted web access that you can turn on... but so far it doesn't seem to do anything.... if all else fails I may just have to go on a downloading spree in the market and just block all the data on my phone until it's not tempting anymore.

I know this isn't what you're looking for, but when you suggested it was just to curb any temptation you might have, the first thought (albeit an idiotic one) that passed through my head was, "Get a hooker so porn seems less tempting." LOL...

I think I understand what you're looking for, though. Is there a way to block images on any of the browsers, guys? If so, you could just have ONLY the browser that allows for image blocking. Granted, it's not foolproof, but at least it'd complicate the accessing of lewd images. Granted, it'd handicap the rest of the web, but it'd speed it up, too!

...just a thought.

I wish I could get spankwire to work on android. Worked like a charm on the pre
