I’ve seen it many times from friends and family: they stick with the big carriers because it’s all they’ve ever known, and there’s an expectation that bigger equals better. This might be true if you’re on a mid-range plan or better, but what about entry-level plans like Verizon’s myPlan Welcome Unlimited?
