Geekbench reveals the differences between the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 and 8 Elit

Then came the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, but, confusingly, Qualcomm compared it to the two-year-old Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. So, what are the differences between the Elite and non-Elite Gen 5 chips?
