This one is a mix of launcher and owner hack. Run it once, and set language to English (unless you understand Russian). Run it a second time, then, you can:

1. Add an icon to the tray
2. Set an owner name that is to be used when running a particular exe file
3. Set when the original owner name should be restored (after xx seconds or only when program finishes)
Requires .NET Framework 1.0 installed.
