TAPPING THE BATTERY CLOSES THE EXE

And when u get missed call/email/sms you get an ! point in a red circle and the count replaces the words "Phone" "SMS" or "Email"

The cab also includes a Configurator for this app tap it to get the gui confg...

HOW TO ADD MORE PAGES!!!

first thing you need to do is create a Config2.txt (number corresponds to page)

then follow the same way steps to assign links...

now in Config.txt(what page1 calls) for the 12th button it needs to look like this...

\Windows\Notes.exe ---opens notes
\Windows\clock.exe --- opens clock
\windows\settings.lnk ---opens settings (doesnt work for us)
Page2 --- Switches to page 2
\Windows\vtkey.exe ---etc
\Windows\tmail.exe ---etc
\Windows\tmail.exe--- etc
\Windows\wmplayer.exe---etc

ok for the people that say the buttons on the interface don't work here you go some shortcuts for you premapped so all you have to do is enter them under the iconfig..... here they are

*additional info:
You might've noticed, there're 2 number delimited by comma in every shortcut. Eg. Bluetooth, the 2 numbers are "23,0". The first number is the id for Bluetooth, while the second number is the tab's id. If you open up the bluetooth setting, you will see 3 tabs: Mode, Devices, and COM Ports. 0 is for the first tab, 1 is for the second, and so on. So if you wish to open up Bluetooth and point straight to the Devices tab, just change it to "23,1".

*additional info:
The name for the default "Outlook" account is "ActiveSync" (case sensitive). To open up your own email account, make sure you type the exact name inside the quotes, including symbols and punctuations if necessary (case sensitive, too).


Phone Dialer
Phone dialer: 20#"\Windows\cprog.exe"
Prompt to call 1234567: 20#"\Windows\cprog.exe"-url tel: 1234567
*some phones use vtkey.exe instead of cprog.exe. I believe cprog.exe is used by Atoms only.

Important:
1) make sure you encase the path with quotes. eg. "\Windows\cprog.exe"
2) make sure there is no space between the path and the parameters. eg. "ctlpnl"cplmain.cpl
3) the number preceding the # character is the length of the path including the quotes (" "). eg. The length of "\Windows\cprog.exe" is 20.

I got the iphone interface and everything, but im getn' the message, "Link File Not File Not Found!" I tried shortcuts that you have on setting up the interface but I still cant get those links to come up.

you have to go under iconfig which is right above the exe file for this

Ok bro...I got the iPhone interface on my phone, funny thing is, I don't find it in my PROGRAMS "FOLDER" but when I go to START/PROGRAMS/ it's in there as an icon. I click it, and it opens up the interface just fine. BUT...my cube won't work while I'm I have the iPhone interface up. Is it supposed to? Because correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought I saw your cube work just fine when you had the iPhone interface up. Please let me know what I can do to make the cube work while I have the iPhone interface up. Hella thanks bro!

it sould work fine i just tried it out and my cube works when the iphone interface is running. do a soft reset on your device and then try it out and make sure when u want to bring up your cube u start from the sprint logo and rune your finger up to the top of the screen

Nope...I reinstalled it and everything. The weired thing is, is that I don't have to go to file explorere, programs, iPhone to have it up. I have an icon in my programs already for it. And I know I'm doing the cube right, so I don't know why it won't come up when I have the iPhone interface up.

hmm dont know what to tell ya bro it might have something to do with a software interference with the programs u have installed but other than that i dont know what to tel ya>>> and when u install a program it should be in your start menu

the iphone interface cannot be put onto your start menu. you can add it to the hitchomeplugin. thats what i do myself.

i have the HTC vogue and i am trying to edit the apps on the iphone interface and i tried puting 20#"\Windows\tmail.exe"-service "SMS" into the le executible part of the iconfig and i keep getting the link not found error. Am i missing a portion or am i putting this in the wrong area? Please help as i want to modify most of the executibles but i cannot get the links to work? please help

you have to go to the iconfig.exr file to config the shortcuts.

ok i am stil having issues, i used the iconfig.exe and put 20#"\Windows\tmail.exe"-service "SMS" into the executable section with all the quotation marks and spaces and SMS and i still get link not found, i even tried replacing the SMS with Text Messages, and still no luck, please let me know what im doing wrong so i can alter my iphone interface.

bro search for the grumps iphone interface via the local search and you will find a whole bunch of shortcuts... if the one your looking for isnt there go to google and search for the shortcut and you will find it and all....

yes thats what i said in my above post. if you dont know the shortcut wither search the forums or search google and you will find it. different for every app and i dont know the stock one since i use funcontacts 2.0 and that has a different shortcut

Hey , i tried using the iconfig to map my contacts. i do have pocketcm up and running but when i click contacts it tells me link not found. is there a way to make a txt file and rename it to lnk like the others you have done? When i use i config and then browse, i dont get the option to map it to pocketcm.. HELP PLEASE!

as said many times manually map it. the easiest way to find out the shortcut is to do this.
1. plug in your phone to activesync or windows mobile device center
2. go to the program in your case pocketcm contacts
3. look on the top of the screen it will say something like program files/pocketcm/pcoketcmcontacts.exe something like that aand type that in and save and you will have it...... doesnt show them in exe for some reason just do it the manual way ans you will be fine.

no problem i just wish when i started with the ppc it was that easy i had to learn all the tricks of the trade by myself and than once i did the ppc and smartphone sites started to come out into existance lol...... but o well its all good and glad that you got it to work for you and you will learn more as you go and you will begain to wonder how you ever lived without a ppc.
