Default Determine RIM BlackBerry Desktop Software version.
  1. Open the BlackBerry Desktop Manager.
  2. Click Help and select About Desktop Manager.
  3. The software version is displayed.
    NOTE: The following software versions are examples. The actual displayed versions may vary.
    • 3.6.0.x = No Service Pack
    • 3.6.1.x = Service Pack 1 (SP1)
    • 3.6.2.x = Service Pack 2 (SP2)
    • 4.0.0.x = No Service Pack
    • 4.0.1.x = Service Pack 1 (SP1)
NOTE: The latest RIM BlackBerry Desktop Software and Service Packs can be found at the BlackBerry download website.
