regarding the Sprint account.

As discussed, I have placed the order for the Touch phone as per your
request, along with the return kit for the Mogul ppc6800. You will
receive the phone and the return kit within the next 3 to 5 days. The
order number is: ******* , please keep the order number for future
reference.

As I informed you earlier, the account will be charged for the phone
but, please ignore the charge because as soon as we receive the old phone
back to our wearhouse we will credit your account for the charge of
the phone.

I would like to thank you for taking the time to speak with me about
your concerns. It was a pleasure talking to you. I am glad I was able
to assist you.
