Default HTC and iphone setup

Hi,

New on the block. Mind you I just got my Touch HTC a little over three days ago. lol

Just a bit of clarification needed. I love the tutorial page btw. Everything at a glance makes things alot easier. But I do have a questions for the first two steps in the instructions for the iphone interface install:

2. Once download is complete extract the cab file/ another zip from that folder and put it on your desktop.

-I wasn't sure what to do here or what "extract the cab file/another zip" required me to do.

3. Now connect to Activesync or Windows Mobile Device Center and drag that folder over to your storage card. ( I myself made a folder named cab files on my storage card to keep everything neat and nice and easy to install in case i have to do a hard reset and all.)

-So I created a folder called "cab files" as you suggested on my card. I connected the device to my pc and opened the sync folder on my desktop....Where do I/can I gain access to the storage card from the sync folder on my pc during this process? Or do I just drop it into the sync folderand manually place it in the "cab file" folder later?
