not sure if this will help but its worth a try. go to programs then go to settings (or any other way u know how to get to settings) then from there go into the power settings than click the advanced tab then deselect the check box that says "turn off phone in ____ minutes" i hope this helps dont knowif it will but its worth a shot if it does work hit dat rep thx
