sometimes some apps do conflict with others but the only way to find this out isnt a fun one. you would do a hard reset. than install arcsoft first than make sure it works correctly. than once you do that install the next app soft reset and than see if it works and keep doing that until you find an app that it doesnt work with and than you will know what app or apps is causing the conflict. hope this helps and it does suck trust me i know from having to do this multiple times in the past but it is the only way to find out if there is an app conflict unless reported by someone on the net.
