For some reason i feel my touch has been acting a little weird because certain times when ever i tap on certain things it doesnt open up. Like when i try to hit contacts to make a call it doesnt open up the contact it just freezes. I then do a soft reset and it works for a little bit and it happens again. Not only with the contacts but with other programs as well. Just was wondering if you think i should do a hard reset. I just dont want to lose my contacts. looks liek togerz answered all your questions but 1 of them. mail2web once you add it to your phone automatically backs them all up. and than after you set the email up after hard reset it will ask you what you want to sync. choose contacts and email and than you will have all of that restored with no sweat on your side. i have been doing this since o got my treo 700wx which was my first ppc. hope this helps and if you have additional questions feel free to ask.
