you dont have to do a hard reset for this one just call sprint ***** about it and they will knock like 5 bux a month off your text plan for the rest of the time you are with them if you argue nicely lol... its a problem all they got to do is reset a few things in their computer and than within 24 hours the problem will be fixed. tell us how it goes for you and what they gave you off your bill if any lol.
