been discussed before but i tried to perform a search and didnt find where so this is how it is done. what you do is drop the short tone into the windows folder. the reason i say short tone is because it plays the whole thing and there is no way of stopping it. once you drop it into the windows folder look under sounds and notifications and it will be there for you.
