Thanks you guys for the help. I did not do a hard reset. I googled psshut b4 I ask Wckediden my question. I didn't wanna install it coz I thought XP shutdown(as it was called by some) was a built in proggy and psshut is a 3rd party. Now I know and I'm relieved that things like this happen and it's normal. Thanks again I appreciate it.
