well the videos you take are alot less qualty then then tv shows i never heard of that problem but it there would be no reason that it would be the phones problem i do have a suggestion it might help if you overclock your pc but becareful because that could desrtoy your phone (although not likely to if you use the one i use) you can find the overclock program by doing a search for it its called "htc overclock"
