no they send you a return package for the current phone with the new one your getting and they charge your account. than after you send it back they credit the account again.
I guess I need to call in again, they was going to do that but not do a even swap. If they did a even swap that would be fine. I just don't want to pay more. I'm looking for those sprint executive numbers now.
