It is the screen that pops up on the Sprint TV program. Where the two yellow specs flow away from the middle like it is loading. It never gets to the menu screen where you can select Sprint TV or the one past that where you actually see your channels.
ok thats not the splash thats where i got confused... splash screen is the sprint ahead animated screen when you soft reboot. you might have to call them than and see what they can do for you since i have no clue what else you could do.
