hey Dash the big problem is that people don't know they have to use QUICK SEARCH, instead of SEARCH. it be useful if new members are told beforehand to use the QUICK SEARCH option to look for programs and not SEARCH
it has been told in the rules that you have to read before you sign up to the site. so i would go back and read those....... and its in a different vibrant color for a reason not jsut to look pretty.
