Default signal question

Something wierd is happening with my phones... earlier today after I did the insurance claim to get my mogul, I did an esn swap back to my fusic so that I could have a phone to use. Well the main problem with my touch is that it wasn't getting any signal, even 5 feet away from a sprint repeater... got one at work (radioshack) and everyone else there with sprint gets excellent coverage. Well as soon as I swapped back to the fusic I got 5 bars, well 5 hours later I am down to 0-1 bars, which is the same problem as my touch had... I am getting frustrated... the steps of which I have tried include powercycling, master reset, putting in ##MLS#, mdn and checking msid, and even verifying the esn with sprint... Now I double checked that my account is in good standing as well, and that there aren't any tower outages in my area... Anyone have any ideas of what could be going wrong? or does sprint just hate me? (perhaps they didn't like me changing my calltones with a smart phone :( ...)

The really wierd part is on my fusic, when I put in my MSL and go to view, both mdn and msid show up, but when i go to edit, my mdn is there, but my msid shows up as 000-000-0000 that is the main reason of which i double checked my mdn and msid with sprint. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks ahead of time!
