right you have to do it through the file explorer.... go to main memory not storage card unles you installed there and go through all the folder including windows which you wil see and than tap and hold than delete all files hat deal with the app. i the windowsfolder you should see a .exe file for the app.
ok i just did that and i believe i deleted all the stuff off my device and storage card. i went to windows and seen a messageing folder no palm threaded app and im not sure what to do from there. i dont wanna delete the things in the messageing folder if thats not what im suppose to delete. i also dont see a palm threaded exe in the windows folder.
