go to programs\S2U2\gfx through activesync or WMDC andclick paste.

delete the png icon " notice"

then drop or paste the icon you downloaded

x it out
go to programs on your touch
s2u2 folder
s2u2 settings
just click save on your lower bar
save ok yes
you should be set.
honestly your not doing a big installations at all on on this just
a simple copy and past or delete and drop
