huh i have heard of this problem and have been successful in fixing the reboot loop. its a problem in the registry and you have to search through alot of files and know which ones to change. for some reason they even stick through the hard resets and the flashes. (no clue why since they shouldnt) if you wanna send it my way and do the modding service i will get that fixed up for you and put whatever apps,games, themes, ringtones or anything that you want on it.
