From what I understand when you press the button for voice command is supposed to start speaking to you. This does not happen. i have it on my touch works fine..
when you click on your voice command button
you will see the microphone. That will let you know its waitin on your command.
You will need to learn the commands, you cant just say hey give me the time lol..
i will recomend you saying
" what can i say" it will teach you how to ask" Its all proper request.
or say " help"
