A. Well thats a .CAB file. Basically what that means is that the file is a self extracting and installing application. To install a .CAB file all you have to do is drag it to your SD memory card through ActiveSync or for Vista users Windows Mobile Device Center and than go to your phones file explorer find it and double click. It will do the rest of it for you!!
