how do you know the usb isn't working? even though it doesn't show it it should work...
its not your in bootloader. what you have to do is this.
1. plug phone in via usb to activesync and let it stay hooked in for round 20 seconds..... DONT UNPLUG!!!!!
2. Run the rom exe file again
3. follow the steps
4. your golden.
