I can still use it to synch my contacts, calendar, etc., but when I plug it into my laptop it no longer recognizes it. I did a soft and hard reset, still the same problem, and I have the box checked in the options menu to synchronize with my pc. Any ideas?
do you have any firewall programs rather its windows default firewall shut it off and try again i had the same problem as you and i narrowed it down to firewall issue shut it off...
