I just got my phone back from getting it fully modded by dash and it was working when i got it and when i call sprint to have the phone transferd over, the ringer and sound stop working. It works when u soft reset it but as soon as someone calls me the ringer stops working. I call sprint and told them what happen and they try to fix it but had no luck doing it. They told me to take it to a sprint tech so that he can fix the ringer problem, but i was advised by dash that sprint would not touch it cause of the upgrades on the phone. but i need my phone to ring cause i missed alot of call because of it. So i want to know what to do before i hard reset it and have the tech look at it, i really dont want to lose all the upgrades doing that. so someone please help me or tell me how to fix the problem.
