I just got my phone back from getting it fully modded by dash and it was working when i got it and when i call sprint to have the phone transferd over, the ringer and sound stop working. It works when u soft reset it but as soon as someone calls me the ringer stops working. I call sprint and told them what happen and they try to fix it but had no luck doing it. still looking into this for you bro and even after a hard reset you cannot bring it in because you are running 6.1 which is a custom unreleased rom so they cantr touch it..... but you can always try to do a hard reset and see if it all works when you are done.
