Does This Program allow you to organize your own dialer skins or is it just for the skins that come with it?

im not sure to tell the truth i dont use the program since i have folders on my storage card i seperate the stuff into.... like you can make a cab folder, dialer skins folder, themes folder, etc, etc.......
