man no problems huh!! man wat the heck is wrong wit my fone then but yea i contacted sprint and all they cud tell me was hard reset which ive been done that but wen ppl send me pics or video thru like text messaging i cant download it wud let me get to the internet and let me like view it but cant download it its wierd........
for the pictures you have to click and hold than you can save like that. also look in my signature and sign the petition.
