thats ok, go to start/personal/today/items then uncheck the ultimate laucnher tab and recheck the htc home tab and x out. then do your changing on the htc customizer, when done go back to start/personal/today/items and uncheck the htc home and recheck the ultimate launcher..i had the same problem and this worked like a charm....
not sure if he has it installed though? do you have ultimate launch installed... we need some info to go on to help you bro.
