I got telenav working (sprint navigation) with my touch, however i didn't like it as much as windows live search because it didnt have as much to offer.

As for whoever asked about getting the bluetooth gps receiver to work with the touch; once you have it set on a com port, just go into settings > external GPS and set the com port there that you set up for the GPS. Sprint navigation should then recognize it.
I tried it with external settings.. it still doesnt pick it up .. I called sprint they said nope it wont work with a external.. i am very happy with live search.. The good thing about not having the voice deal, that i have my fm transmitter hooked up with my touch. So i am able to hook up my music folder an play it through my radio soo sweet.
