Ok i had this problem.... if you did what was instructed you shouldn have this problem... First thing is make sure you can make phone calls. If you can make phone calls but you cant acces the web or send texts then got to settings/personal/phone... then click the service tab and got to internet and click get ioata... If you dont see it working on trying to get your internet settings then do this.... hard reset... when you get to the screen where it asks you to align the screen go ahead and aling it... But this next step is most important!! After aligning the screen it well tell you that it is customizing in 3, 2, 1... DO NOT LET IT CUSTOMIZE!! You will need to soft rest when you see the Customizing in 3,2,1 etc. Then once your phone is loaded and you have the today screen, go into file explorer, and in your device you will see a folder that says EXtended Rom.. in there you will see the IOTA cab file. Install that, then soft reset. then go back in to the settings/personal/phone and click get IOTA and you will see it get your settings... THIS WILL WORK!! thanks for all the info but ya it wont even let me make phone calls i just checked that. so idk what to do? it gives me the error message i just posted but ill try to hard reset again and see what happens hopefully it works.
