alright i just called up sprint they gave me this number to enter ##555555# (not mine, also not sure what that number is but i wrote it down. i believe its the msl #) and than told me to enter the mdn or whatever with my phone number than to enter the msid with another number that looked like an phone number!? than hit ok and it power on and off. and told me i cant use my phone for like 2-4 hours!? true or false i can use it now or i gotta wait?

ok i decided "F" sprint and tried to make a call anyways and ya it worked i checked my voice mail. called someone and it worked. idk about them calling me yet.
but im still having trouble with the internet. texting seems to work fine now. but not the internet you told me to look at the extended rom and i did and nothing. i went to file explorer and checked my device and it only shows an extended rom for what looks to be on my storage card since it has a lil like storage card looking icon next to it. anyways i click on it and i dont see one "iota cab" in there. this is what i see. . . it should be in the extended rom but try this anyways...... go to start/settings/connections/connections/internet/get settings and let it sit and see if that fixes the problems for you.
