it should be in the extended rom but try this anyways...... go to start/settings/connections/connections/internet/get settings and let it sit and see if that fixes the problems for you.
i think you meant to do what big jew said earlier of going to start settings phone than services than internet than get settings.
because the way you posted didnt take me no where. but ok i highlighted internet and clicked get settings and it says "Initiate custom NAI entry to device (Client-Initiated IOTA) than has a start button. so i clicked start and nothing happened.
