i think you meant to do what big jew said earlier of going to start settings phone than services than internet than get settings.
because the way you posted didnt take me no where. but ok i highlighted internet and clicked get settings and it says "Initiate custom NAI entry to device (Client-Initiated IOTA) than has a start button. so i clicked start and nothing happened.
just wait on the taskbar you will see it flashing iota... you need to run the iota vcab like we have told you already multiple times!!!!!! and than you will be 100% fine.
