Yeah not sure. I'll keep trying. Maybe need to remove then reinstall. While the HTC Home is unchecked, it still shows as active, even after a soft restart.

yeah you have to do that before you try the first time otherwise you will get he eror. i would try to reinstall and install again like you said.
