Mirrors your phone to a web account to back up contacts, photos, messages. You can send/recieve SMS. It is free. Like I said I haven't used it but I think I might check this out.
i myself havent used it but have thought about it a couple times...... use mail2web to back all that up for me and do my push email at the same time.
