thought it was supposed to bring up sounds/notifications menu, so you can change your ringtone. That is what happened with the stock rom. Its the wrong settings menu.
yea when u hit the ringtone name, it bring you the phone tab where you can change the ringtone, the page has the voicemail number on top, then it says sounds,ring type,ring tone and there are 2 other tabs that say services,and more.
