1. ok i use the htc performance overclocker program for the speeds of the phone after i instlal the apps to the phones main memory and not the card. this can be found in the help desk area than the 6800 and than stickied in red.
2. check out my mogul mods with direct links thats what i run in my videos with all those programs and still run blazing fast.
3. the intenet speeds in the gps rom is rev a so you will get faster speeds through that and also the WM 6.1 rims run great and give your phone more speed on tope ogf the overclocker mentioned in #1
4. the best rom for this will either be the nuerom that i run which id WM 6.1 or the kaos **** sprint 420 rom
5. i would install all programs tro hte main memory its what i do myself and do for all my customers phones. makes the applications more stable since the phone reads the main memory first and than reads the storage card and some apps will not work or create errors in the fututre if installed to the card.
